Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Within this period you can register your return with us. Once registered, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Send an e-mail to info@pyroproducts.nl with the subject Return Request, clearly stating the reason for the return and your order number. Please note: you are responsible for purchasing a return label via a postal service of your choice, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: Your return may be refused if it does not meet the conditions.

Return conditions
The following conditions apply to returns:

• Return the product – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

• Products must show no unnecessary signs of use. If a product is returned damaged or used, a reduction in value may be charged.

• After 30 days from receipt you are no longer entitled to return the product.

*If the product has been damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.

 

Refund after return

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days. If you have not received anything after this period, please contact our customer service.

If products show visible signs of use, accessories are missing, or the original packaging is absent, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the purchase amount.
